Early freeze in Colorado could cost marijuana, hemp growers millions in losses

In a recent article by Marijuana Business Daily, they discuss how early Colorado snowfall has potentially destroyed millions of dollars worth of outdoor cannabis and hemp plants.

Farmers who did not have adequate weather protection had to watch as their plants' stems and branches broke due to the pressure of the snow. Dr. Jonathan Vaught, FRB's CEO and Co-Founder, said the storm was "catastrophic for growers".
