Tissue Culture Lab Production Manager
The Tissue Culture Laboratory Production Manager will be responsible for executing methodologies for plant tissue culture to achieve production goals. The position requires a hands-on approach. The laboratory manager will be responsible for managing all lab techs and supervisors, maintain accurate inventories, execute production plan and support clean stock. The successful candidate will be a key member of a fast-paced and collaborative start-up agricultural sciences company.
Tissue Culture Production Tech
The Production Technician will be responsible for executing methodologies for plant tissue culture and micropropagation cloning activities. The successful candidate will be a key member of a fast-paced and collaborative start-up agricultural sciences company.
Director of Business Development
The Director of BD is responsible for leading and building out the sales and business development division. This position will be responsible for leading/managing sales efforts, building out a sales team, marketing, public relations, and building partnerships. They will be responsible for driving sales growth in both CO and CA for our hemp and marijuana Clean Stock nursery programs. It will include direct sales of rooted cuttings, elite stock plants, and genetic banking and cleanup services. The target customers are large scale growers. It will also involve acquisition of new germplasm and clone lines through purchase and licensing agreements from breeders and growers that can be offered as new products through our Clean Stock nursery. The position will also involve development of strategic relationships with large producers in the US and international including Canada and Australia that lead to long term production agreements. Significant travel will be required. The role will be a very external facing relationship building role including representation of the company at conferences and development/execution of a marketing plan.
